1) What is an electronic gift card?
An electronic gift card is fully equivalent to a physical one. It includes the issue date and a unique code. The person you give it to can use it by booking an appointment and providing the code to our administrators.
2) If I buy a gift card online, how will I receive it?
After payment, we’ll send the gift card to your email within 3 hours during business hours (10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). If you make the payment outside of business hours, we’ll send the gift card on the next business day.
3) How can I use the gift card?
You can use the gift card within 6 months at any of our studios. Just provide the gift card number when booking.
4) Do I need to print the electronic gift card?
Yes, we kindly ask guests to print their electronic gift card when visiting the studio. This makes it easier for us to keep track of gift card numbers in our system.
5) Is the gift card valid for both adults and children?
Yes, the gift card is perfect for anyone—adults or children. No additional details are needed when purchasing.
6) What should I do if I didn’t receive my paid gift card?
You should typically receive your gift card within 3 hours. If you haven’t received it after that time, please contact us at (214) 833-94-11 . We’ll check the issue and resolve it for you.
